This Privacy Policy explains how SG Systems PTE. LTD. (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Singapore, collects, uses and protects information in connection with AnswerRank (the “Service”). We are committed to handling personal data responsibly and in line with applicable law.
To deliver and operate the Service, run scans and prompt tracking, process payments, provide support, secure the platform, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product.
To produce your results, prompts and related context are transmitted to third-party AI model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and search/web sources. Generated responses and cited sources are stored to power your dashboard and trend charts. We do not use your data to train our own models.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: sub-processors that operate the Service (AI providers, Stripe, Resend, hosting/database, error monitoring); authorities where legally required; an acquirer in a business transfer; or others with your consent.
We use encryption in transit, access controls, reputable infrastructure providers and operational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information.
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Deleting a project removes its data; deleting your account removes associated personal data, except where retention is required by law.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your personal data, and may object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
We are based in Singapore and use providers that may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
The Service is not directed to individuals under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
