These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AnswerRank (the “Service”), operated by SG Systems PTE. LTD. (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Singapore. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
AnswerRank is an Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) platform that audits websites for AI-readiness, runs tracked prompts against third-party AI engines, and reports on brand visibility, cited sources and sentiment. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and may introduce or change usage limits.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Authentication may be provided through third-party identity providers.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SG Systems PTE. LTD. and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
You retain ownership of the domains, prompts, competitors and other inputs you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a limited licence to process User Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including transmitting prompts to third-party AI providers to generate your results.
The Service relies on third-party providers — including AI model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend) and search data (Google Search Console). Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant provider's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe. Trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or change over time; you are responsible for how you use the results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SG Systems PTE. LTD. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
